Agency Audit Report Card

Problem it solves:

Business owners have no objective way to assess whether their agency is doing a good job. This script produces a scored audit across 10 dimensions that can be used as the basis for a performance conversation with the agency.

What it does:

•       Scores the account across: negative keyword coverage, Quality Score levels, impression share, conversion tracking completeness, wasted spend percentage, ad copy freshness, ad strength ratings, budget utilisation, search term review frequency indicators, and campaign structure quality

•       Produces a 1–10 score per dimension and an overall account health rating

•       Highlights the 3 highest-priority improvement areas with specific recommendations

Output:

Google Sheets report card. Run on-demand or schedule monthly.
